One-on-one bi-weekly meetings with business owners focused on assessing, planning, executing and refining business strategies, processes and practices to drive growth and sustainability for their business.
Personal Coaching
One-on-One and group coaching focused on development of individual employee to become more purposeful and effective in meeting their personal and department goals within the business environment.
Assessments
Assessment packages are targeted and include 1) Employee Selection, 2) Employee Development, and Succession Planning. Assessment tools offered are DiSC personality testing, Myers-Briggs typology, Winslow Assessment System and Lominger assessment instruments.
Organizational Development Programs
Conduct companywide employee survey to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company mission, management and employees. Develop and execute monthly 1-2 hour programs to build employee morale, strengths and commitment.
