Jacqueline (Jackie) Browning joins our team at Kinetic Insights with over 25 years of coaching and HR leadership experience in Employee Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. Jackie has functioned as a consultant for 10 years in the areas of Healthcare, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. She has also coached previously in the fields of ecclesiastic, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, and women’s business organizations.
Prior to earning her current title as President of the Michigan Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Jackie earned a B.A. degree in Business from the University of Detroit Mercy. She later went on to complete the Certified Coach Program (GPCC™) at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio and holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF. Jackie then completed the Group Coaching Essentials Program through Potentials Realized in Toronto, Ontario. She is also. Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessor, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
